Whirlpool MWD240BL

This rather simple microwave is an option for customers seeking solid and easy to run appliance. It doesn’t do much more than reheating and defrosting your food but thanks to some useful features such as Jet defrost and Jet start it does it well. It has only 700W but still delivers in terms of cooking speed. You may choose from one of 7 power settings to adjust power level to your cooking needs and enjoy good results every time you cook. It has 20 litres capacity which makes it suitable for a middle-sized family. Interior is easy to maintain. Nicely design appliance looks good and solid. However you will be able to get more robust models for a similar price. This solo microwave has a user friendly interface which gives you quick access to all available cooking options. It’s rather lightweight (13.1 kg) but sits nicely on the kitchen worktop and doesn’t move each time you press door opening button. This solo microwave comes with one year guarantee.

Whirlpool MWD240BL CUSTOMER REVIEWS

POSITIVE REVIEWS (1) not bad but pricey I feel £80 I paid for it was a bit too much but it works great for me for a 2 years now so can’t really complain. It’s the best defroster ever! It’s big enough for family use, interior is easy to clean. It’s easy to use, straightforward, no booklet needed. It’s not the best microwave I has but it was a good purchase. Recommended if you don’t care about price.Submitted by S.2 out of 4 visitors found this review helpful. Was it helpful for you? Yes No NEGATIVE REVIEWS (1) bit disappointing I’m quite disappointed with Whirlpool MWD240BL. It looks OK and is easy in use but it’s not robust enough to justify high price. I see now for similar amount I could buy solo Panasonic microwave witch 18 auto programs and all that. This one doesn’t offer much and its reputation is rescued mainly by Jet Menu which is brilliant. This Whirlpool microwave is not bad and if I paid £50 for it I would be delighted but it comes with much higher price tag which can buy you something better.
