It’s the most user friendly support (its online part at least)but still offers customer few standard options such as manuals download (you have to know E-number to be able to get one). It allows you to order spare parts for your microwave or nook the engineer’s visit if you require one. It has FAQ section which answers some of the popular questions customers may have.
